Unwinding Wisdom & Wellness was founded in January 2004
 by Genevieve Johnson; MFA, LMT, NCTMB.
Licensed  by the State of Illinois, Genevieve holds the distinction of being
 Nationally Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork.
A graduate of The New School for Massage and Bodywork, she trained in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial, Sports, and Trigger Point therapies. Post - certification studies include Reflexology,
and Hot Stone Massage technique. A frequently requested therapist at the premier massage spa in
 downtown Chicago, she is also a certified Reiki Practitioner; levels 1,2,3.
. Genevieve initiated this practice as a hands-on healing element in her soul's mission to 
anchor positively-charged energy.
She was mentored in the Tarot over 30 years ago,
 and has offered Astrological readings for more than 20. A passionate student of energy dynamics,
her current studies include additional techniques in Bodywork, Yoga,
 Tai Chi, Vibrational Re-Patterning, and Feng Shui.
 Genevieve feels the excitement of 'practicing presence' on Earth during this pivotal time
 in our collective evolution, and feels honored to partner with others as we mutually awaken.
 She is grateful to the many guides whom have lighted her path and works joyfully
 in the tradition of the Urban Shamans
 who have been her teachers.
