Hot Stone Massage
A deeply nuturing experience results from  this treatment using heated volcanic basalt stones to saturate the deep tissue layers and melt chronic tension from the body. Therapeutic Massage/ Bodywork (Deep Tissue)

A deeper treatment than a Swedish massage, deep tissue work targets specific areas of tension, tightness, and discomfort. Specialized techniques such as Myofascial Release, Trigger Point, Reflexology, and Proprioceptive Neuro-muscular Facilitation [PNF], may be used to reduce pain, decrease muscle spasm, and improve range of motion.

Foot MassageTreatment

This spa version of a Reflexology treatment, begins with warm aromatherapy towels. Reiki

Rei= Spiritual Wisdom. Ki= Life Force. Reiki sessions are a powerful, non-invasive approach to healing. Sessions take place relaxing on the table, fully clothed, while the Practitioner gently lays hands on or just above various areas of the body. Reiki energy breaks through blockages, and recharges the body so that balance and ease are restored. A session requires approx. 40 - 50 minutes.
